Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding, non-appealable arbitration administered in Phoenix, Arizona, accordance with the American Arbitration Association Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof; the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney 's fees and costs. Any cause of action or claim made by you or any other web site viewer or user with respect to this web site must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arises. Notwithstanding this Section, injunctive relief may be sought from and enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
Interpretation and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions, and venue shall be proper exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona. In the event of any dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recovery of its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Bulletin Board Rules and Disclaimers
PlanetEdu may provide a bulletin board for users to post messages and comments about travel abroad in general and the PlanetEdu site in particular. By accessing or using this site, you agree to abide by the following message board guidelines:
- You must maintain a polite, pleasant environment. Comments that harass, abuse or threaten others are prohibited.
- You may not criticize other individual users or PlanetEdu.
- You must ensure that all comments are appropriate to all people. Any content that is defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited.
- You must keep your comments relevant to the stated topic.
- Any conduct that in PlanetEdu's sole discretion restricts others from using or enjoying the web site is prohibited.
